Ronda V. Thomas

Ronda V. Thomas, CAE, ICE-CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Certification at BICSI, where responsibilities include directing credentialing initiatives and serving as a liaison for both the Credentialing and Ethics Committees. Holding an integral role in senior management, Ronda develops and implements strategic human resource programs aligned with the organization's mission. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Donovan Industries, where Ronda focused on HR operations and collaborated with executive leadership on strategic policy management, and as Branch Manager at Crum Staffing, Inc., overseeing staff activities and recruiting processes. Ronda earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
