Hong Diaz

Hong Diaz (Pham) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, web development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Software QA Manager at Big Orange Lab since January 2022, Hong has also held the title of Software QA Engineer at the same company and previously at e-gree. In addition to technical roles, Hong is a Board Member and Investor at ASIANA Investment Group since December 2023. Hong's creative skills are evident in the role of Web Creator at Site Creative Marketing, where website design and customization using WordPress and Shopify have been key responsibilities. Previously, Hong managed social media marketing at Lucky Dill Deli, held senior sales and marketing roles at Marriott International, and gained operational experience at various prestigious hotels. Hong holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Hillsborough Community College, alongside further education at AEC College Singapore.
