Jessie Menard has extensive experience in the paper industry, currently serving as the MRO/Stores Sr. Buyer and Master Data Coordinator at Billerud since January 2020. Prior experience includes a long tenure at NewPage Corporation, where Jessie held various roles including Quality Systems Analyst/Product Performance Engineer, focusing on quality specifications, training, lab management, and process improvement, as well as Applications Analyst supporting technical solutions for manufacturing challenges. Earlier career positions involved operational roles managing raw materials and ensuring quality monitoring. Jessie holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources from Davenport University and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Northern Michigan University, complemented by studies at Bay de Noc Community College.
