Phil Serlin

Phil Serlin has a strong background in financial and operational management. Phil began their career at Chiaro Networks as a Global Controller and Finance Manager, where they worked from 2000 to 2005. Phil then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd. for two years. In 2008, Phil joined Kayote Networks as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Phil held this position for a year before joining BioLineRx Ltd. in 2009 as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Phil was later promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2016 and continues to hold this role.

Phil Serlin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Yeshiva University between 1977 and 1982. Phil later pursued an MBA in Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University School of Business from 1987 to 1989.
