Jan Geerinck

Jan Geerinck has extensive work experience in scientific research and analysis. Jan began their career at Barry Callebaut as a Lab Analyst Microbiology from November 2004 to August 2005. Jan then joined VIB - Plant Systems Biology, where they worked as a Predoctoral Fellow from October 2005 to July 2010, and later as a Postdoctoral Researcher from August 2010 to April 2012. In 2013, they joined AgroSavfe NV as an Agrobody Discovery Researcher, where they worked until December 2016. Currently, Jan Geerinck is employed at Biotalys NV, where they started in January 2017 as a Scientist and was promoted to Senior Scientist in January 2019.

Jan Geerinck attended Ghent University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Master's degree in Biotechnology. Jan then continued their education at Ghent University from 2003 to 2004, pursuing a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology. No specific field of study is provided for either degree.
