Kelly Shipman

Kelly Shipman has worked in the e-commerce industry since 2012. Kelly began their career at Samba Connects as an Account Executive and Marketing Coordinator, managing accounts for 150 prominent brands and vendors. In 2014, they transitioned to Blackhawk Network as an Account Manager, where they managed accounts for gift-card partners and achieved a 270% increase in sales for 8 card partners. Currently, Kelly is a Sr. Account Manager at Birchmount Network, leading a growing Marketplace of local businesses and overseeing promotional campaigns, day-to-day operational support, senior customer service management and social media activity.

Kelly Shipman has an extensive education history. In 2012, they obtained a Post-Grad Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Child & Youth Care from Ryerson University. In 2007, they received an Advanced Diploma in Child Youth Work from George Brown College. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language & Literature/Letters from York University between 2000 and 2003.
