Cristina Donofrio

Cristina Donofrio is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the e-scooter industry and international business expansion. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bird since April 2018, Cristina has played a crucial role in the legalization of e-scooters in Italy and successfully managed competitive policy and RFP processes. Previously, Cristina held various positions at Bird, including Launch/Expansion Manager for EMEA, where over 30 cities were launched across multiple countries. As a co-founder of Thirsty Dog Brewing Company and a former Director of Franchise Development at Beerhead Bar & Eatery, Cristina has demonstrated entrepreneurial and management skills. Early experience includes roles in recruiting, sales, and customer service, alongside a solid educational foundation in International Business from Pace University and John Cabot University.
