Jessalyn S. has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Jessalyn most recently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Bitdeer Group, a leading digital asset mining ecological service provider. Prior to that, they worked at UBS as an HR Advisory Specialist and HR Graduate Trainee. Jessalyn also gained experience as an HR Summer Intern at Accenture. Jessalyn has demonstrated leadership skills as the President of the SMU Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources (OBHR) Society, where they were responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the society. Additionally, they have worked as a Summer Intern in the Recruitment Team at Links International and as a Public Relations Director at Singapore Management University. Jessalyn started their career as a Research Assistant at Flinders University.

Jessalyn S. began their education in 2011 at Temasek Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Psychology Studies. Jessalyn then furthered their education at Singapore Management University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Organizational Behaviour Human Resource.
