Barry Baronas

Barry Baronas is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and solutions architecture. As the CTO and Co-Founder of bithoop since July 2018, Barry has achieved a 30% reduction in cloud infrastructure costs and successfully transformed the company to a fully cloud-based infrastructure. Prior to this, Barry served as the Director of Research & Development at Kollabria Research Inc from November 2007 to June 2018, where contributions included designing innovative content management solutions and architecting cloud and web technologies using AWS and Linux. Barry began the career as a Senior Solutions Analyst at Kollabria, focusing on Enterprise Content Management and Document Management systems. Barry holds an MBA in High-Technology from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, an MBA in Business from Northeastern University, and a BS in Mass Communications from Emerson College.
