Doneisha Posey currently serves as President and CEO of Impacto Strategies and holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Black Onyx Management, Inc. Since 2018, Doneisha has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, teaching courses on Housing Discrimination and Segregation and Race and the Law. Previously, Doneisha led diversity and inclusion efforts at Ivy Tech Community College as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Belonging. Doneisha's extensive legal experience includes roles as Legal Advisor for the Governor's Commission on Minority and Women Business Enterprises, Deputy Director & General Counsel at the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and Associate Attorney at The Law Firm of Fatima Johnson. Doneisha holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Political Science, and Global Studies from Marian University Indianapolis.
