Danny Powell

Danny Powell currently serves as Vice President of BCI Strategy & Business Development at Blackrock Neurotech, focusing on establishing a leading team for brain-computer interface (BCI) development. Previously, Danny held roles such as Director of Strategy for Advanced Technology, where leadership was provided to teams creating innovative neuroprosthetics and neuroscience research tools. Danny's career includes various positions in academia and consulting, including a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah, recognized with an outstanding graduate student award and having authored 15 peer-reviewed papers. Danny's experience also encompasses managing teams at the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute and conducting significant market research, contributing to strategic developments in business. Education includes a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Utah, following a BS in Chemistry from the same institution.
