Diane Lee

Diane Lee is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Compensation at BlackRock since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Compensation Partner and Senior Compensation Analyst at Cruise from September 2019 to June 2022, and as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Compensation Advisory Partners from July 2017 to August 2019. Diane gained initial experience in human resources as a Corporate Human Resources Intern at General Electric in 2016 and held various internships, including with Sewon America, Inc., SunGard, and Burr & Forman LLP. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, complemented by a minor in Business Administration, and previously studied at Auburn University.
