Fraser Carlisle

Fraser Carlisle is a seasoned professional in digital product management with extensive experience at BlackRock since December 2015, where roles have included Senior Director and various Vice President positions focused on enhancing client experiences through iShares digital properties. Prior to BlackRock, Fraser served as Product Lead at Public Health England, developing digital strategies and overseeing product portfolios, and as a Digital Consultant at FleishmanHillard, where responsibilities included leading the development of various digital products. Early career roles included positions at AstraZeneca, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama, and TBWA Paris. Fraser holds a degree in European Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Bath and has completed a Product Management course at General Assembly.
