Paige Dickow

Paige Dickow is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in compensation, talent management, and HR infrastructure. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Reward & HR Infrastructure at BlackRock since December 2009, Paige oversees a diverse array of functions including Total Rewards, Talent Mobility, and HR Technology. Prior to this role, Paige held key positions at Barclays Global Investors, where responsibilities included leading compensation strategies and HR advisory services. Paige's career also includes leadership roles at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Valley Media, Hewitt Associates, and KPMG US, showcasing a strong track record in HR consulting and management. Paige earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
