Ashley Montague

Ashley Montague serves as the Dean of Operations at Blackstone Valley Prep Mayoral Academy since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing operational projects, online platforms, technology assets, and facility maintenance for over 400 students, as well as leading a team to achieve target enrollment and reporting data to state agencies. Prior to this role, Ashley held several positions at the Rhode Island School of Design, including Assistant Director of CE Student Experience and Area Coordinator, focusing on student engagement, retention, and staff management. Additional experience includes various leadership roles in residence life at The Art Institute of Chicago, Rhode Island School of Design, and the University of Rhode Island, as well as serving as a Leadership Graduate Assistant. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Development & Family Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
