Christine Watson

Christine Watson, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both consulting and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Blackwell HR Solutions since August 2020, Christine specializes in a comprehensive range of HR services for small to mid-size businesses, including audits, compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Christine held significant positions at Barclays and JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included leading executive recruitment in the Global Cards and Payments division and establishing communication models to enhance corporate culture. Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Mount St. Mary's University.
