Wendy Johnson

Wendy Johnson currently serves as the Head of Operations for the US at Blank Street, a position held since January 2022, following a series of leadership roles within the operations sector across several prominent companies. Previously, Wendy was the Director of Coffee and Beverage at Paris Baguette America from October 2020 to December 2021 and the Leader of Cafés and Boutiques in NYC for Godiva Chocolatier from March 2019 to May 2020. Additional experience includes serving as District Manager at Taïm Falafel and honeygrow, and holding various roles including Director of Operations and District Manager at Le Pain Quotidien. Wendy started in the industry as a District Manager at Peet's Coffee & Tea, contributing to extensive operational expertise over a career spanning nearly two decades.
