Brent Walter

Brent Walter currently serves as the Sr. Director of CX Strategy at Blend since December 2023. Previously, Brent held the position of Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Emerging Markets Vertical Lead at Merkle from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading the creation and execution of strategic omni-channel marketing plans and customer journey mapping. Prior to that, Brent was a Sr. Relationship Marketing Strategist at DEG, a Merkle Company, and also held marketing consultant and digital marketing strategist roles at Huron and DEG, respectively. Brent began a career in the marketing field with positions at American Century Investments and UMB Bank after earning a BS in Marketing Management from Missouri State University in 2010.
