Heather Bales

Heather Bales is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in operational leadership at Bloom Insurance since August 2016, currently serving as Director of Call Center Operations. In this role, Heather supports the Operations Director in achieving Call Center objectives and continuously improving processes through effective management of Program Managers. Prior experience includes positions as Program Manager, Floor Manager, and Health Insurance Agent at Bloom Insurance Agency from September 2010 to April 2016, where Heather excelled in monitoring program activity, agent development, and achieving high sales performance. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree from Oakland Community College.
