Lori Medders

Lori Medders has extensive experience in technology support and voice network engineering, currently serving as Unit Manager of Technology Support at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since October 2018. Previously, Lori held the position of Voice Network Engineer at Infinity Insurance from September 2016 to October 2018 and worked at Presidio as Collaboration Team Lead and Network Engineer from April 2011 to September 2016. Lori's earlier experience includes serving as a Telecommunications Engineer at Savannah River Site and as a Systems Support Specialist at MCGHealth. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Augusta State University.
