Jessica Shy

Jessica Shy has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Florida Blue since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Homemaker from January 2020 to July 2022, held a position as a Customer Service Associate at Aerotek from January 2021 to July 2021, and was a Personal Shopper at Walmart between January 2018 and December 2019. Additional experience includes processing and breakpack at Home Depot Distribution Center in mid-2017, and working as a Warehouse Associate at Lowe's Distribution from October 2016 to April 2017, where Jessica operated machinery. Jessica Shy earned an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Services from ITT Technical Institute, completing the program between 2014 and 2017.
