Telma-Jessica Walker has a diverse work experience across various industries. Telma-Jessica started their career in 2006 as a DEMO- Senior Sales Manager at PACSUN and then transitioned to DMEautomotive in 2008 as a Customer Service Team Lead. In 2010, they worked as a LiveChat Operator at Enova International. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at ComEd, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to roles such as Training Specialist, Business Analyst, and finally Senior Operations Supervisor. In 2018, they joined CENTURY 21® as a Real Estate Broker. Currently, Telma-Jessica is employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they have held roles including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and currently as Principal Business Lead, Inter-Plan Programs.
Telma-Jessica Walker attended Bethune-Cookman University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communications with a focus on News-Editorial Print. Telma-Jessica then pursued further education, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cornell University, which they completed in 2021.
