Serena Sturtevant

Serena Sturtevant is a seasoned Human Resource professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since January 2023, focusing on aligning P&L leadership's growth objectives with team structures in a high-performing sales division. Prior experience includes work at Nolato Contour from May 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed benefit and 401(k) administration, employee relations, leave of absence administration, and strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, alongside experience in payroll, internal auditing, and federal contract compliance.
