Khushi Gupta

Khushi Gupta is a skilled HR professional with experience in multiple organizations, including Blue Star Limited as a Senior Executive in HR since April 2023, and ITC Limited as an HR Intern where significant contributions included implementing a Learning Management System, creating training content, and developing video SOPs. Previous HR internship at Kohler Power India involved benchmarking the onboarding process and managing a Summer Internship Program. Khushi also contributed to the International School of Business & Media's Placement Cell by facilitating industry interactions and organizing interviews for students. Currently pursuing a PGDM in HR, Khushi holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education.
