Tom Tomlinson

Tom Tomlinson is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC. The Blue Wolf Capital Funds are a family of private equity funds focused on transformational investments in middle market companies.

Mr. Tomlinson has over 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, consumer products, finance and aviation. He has served as a senior executive, including CEO and CFO, with public and privately owned companies.

Mr. Tomlinson joined Blue Wolf as an Operating Partner in 2018. Immediately prior to joining Blue Wolf, he served as CEO of Alliance Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare provider that operates in 45 states and provides clinical care and hospital-centric outsourcing solutions within radiology, oncology and interventional pain management. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Tomlinson served as the Chief Executive Officer for Midwest Dental, and spent 10 years with the Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) in several senior roles – including Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he played a key role in CDI’s growth and development while creating the second-largest radiology and related services organization in the U.S. through the merger of Insight Imaging and CDI.

Prior to joining CDI, Mr. Tomlinson spent 17 years in predominantly finance-related roles, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Department 56, a publicly traded wholesale and retail consumer products company; and President of Harmon Solutions Group, an insurance claim outsourcing company. He has also held numerous finance and development positions with organizations such as Northwest Airlines and American Airlines.

Mr. Tomlinson holds a M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
