Lisa Habisch, M.A. has a long and varied work experience in Human Resources. Lisa began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Intern/Representative at Fingerhut. In 1999, they moved to Metris Companies as a Senior Human Resources Representative. In 2003, they joined Allina Hospitals & Clinics as a Human Resources Generalist II, where they provided HR business partner support to assigned business groups. In 2006, they moved to UCare as a Workforce Planning and Talent Recruitment Manager, responsible for developing and implementing a workforce planning strategy. In 2016, they joined Gamer Packaging, Inc. as a Director of Human Resources and Organization Development, where they were a strategic business partner and change agent responsible for implementing HR initiatives and cultural change. In 2019, they moved to StuartCo as a Director of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, where they assessed, planned, and implemented Human Resources strategies to support StuartCo's business goals. Most recently, in 2021, they joined BlueChip Financial as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they lead strategy and implementation of programs to drive employee development, growth, and advancement.

Lisa Habisch, M.A. has a diverse educational background. Lisa obtained a Master of Arts in Organization Development and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in 2018, and also completed the University of St. Thomas Mini MBA Program. In 1995, they began their studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, majoring in Human Resource Management. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Trainer in Workplace Conflict Resolution from Thera Rising International, and in 2017 they became a Licensed Facilitator on Conflict Resolution. Additionally, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including the Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2020, the LEAD NOW! 360 Assessment Certification from Stewart Leadership in 2019, the Executive Coaching Certification Program from the Institute of Organization Development in 2018, and the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HCI).
