Stephanie Jacobs has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since July 2014. In this role, responsibility includes managing the full lifecycle recruitment process and assisting in the development of recruiting practices aligned with the Human Resources Department's goals.
