Dr. Bruce Brown

Bruce Brown, PhD, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Compensation & HRIS at BlueForge Alliance since March 2023, where responsibilities include developing compensation strategies and managing related programs. As the People Operations Manager, Bruce leads the HR team in support of the US Navy's Submarine priorities. Additionally, Bruce is the Founder and Primary Host of Board Game Impact, a bi-weekly podcast, and the President of Tabletop Alliance, a nonprofit enhancing educational opportunities through gaming, which has reached over 134,000 students across 40 states. Bruce also functions as a Lecturer of Leadership Development at Texas A&M University, covering numerous leadership topics, and has held various roles in student development and crisis management at multiple higher education institutions. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Human Resources Development, Bruce combines extensive experience in human resources, leadership education, and community development.
