Michaela Hercegova

Michaela Hercegova has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Michaela currently holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Blueprint Power, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Michaela also manages employee relations and the recruitment process. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Medaira, s.r.o. Michaela'srole involved providing consulting services in the field of HR. Prior to that, they worked at Slovanet for over 17 years as the Human Resources Director. In this position, they managed a team of HR professionals and oversaw HR services for 260 employees across multiple locations. Michaela also played a key role in developing HR strategies and frameworks for organizational change.

Michaela Hercegova completed their Master's degree in Psychology at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 1995 to 2000.
