Elizabeth C. Myers acquired BNL Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business serving government clients in February 2021. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the company including developing partnerships to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to clients. Ms. Myer’s remarkable blend of sales and communication expertise coupled with her ability to build strong and strategic partnerships has been instrumental in generating more than $1.28B in contracts and task orders with the Federal government on major government-wide contract vehicles such as CIO-SP3 Small Business and Service-Disabled, VETS2, T4NG, and SEWP V.

Ms. Myer’s strategic transformation of the firm, emphasizing innovation, technology, and talent, will expand the company’s core technology, financial, and program management portfolio to include telehealth, cloud migration, and product solutions.

As a respected leader in technology consulting, Ms. Myers performed capture management and proposal development activities as Executive Director of Business Engagement for HMS TECHNOLOGIES INC, where she originally began as an executive assistant to the CEO. In the last 15 years, she has led all aspects of government contracting to include building business lines in product solutions and professional services. Ms. Myers is highly adept at selling and implementing high-performance teams in compliant federal government environments to ensure client success.

During her career, Ms. Myers was instrumental in winning a $260M telehealth contract with VA deploying a telehealth platform fueled by analytics; and a $300M blanket purchase agreement from the United States Patent and Trademark Office to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) framework for managing IT product lines, programs, and projects.
