Maxim Olivier

Maxim Olivier is a Co-founder at SamOliCan since June 2024 and serves as Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at BNZSA from September 2017 to present. In this role, Maxim Olivier focuses on the implementation of GDPR, auditing and controlling data protection, and managing the development and training of data security and privacy policies. Additionally, Maxim Olivier is responsible for defining and implementing the company's legal strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law and Digital Law from Université Paris-Saclay, a Master 1 in International and European Law from the University of Strasbourg, and a Licence de droit from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Prior education includes attendance at The University of Göttingen and completion of the Baccalauréat at Lycée Descartes Montigny-le-bretonneux.
