Philip Miclat

Philip Miclat, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Board.org since May 2024. Previously, Philip held the position of Assurance Senior Manager at Elliott Davis from September 2021 to April 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Grant Thornton LLP (US) between September 2014 and September 2021, progressing from Audit Associate to Experienced Audit Manager. Philip's responsibilities focused on executing audit services, overseeing engagements, and actively participating in training for junior associates. Philip holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Applied Economics and Economics from East Carolina University, as well as a prior Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics from Boston College.
