Abby Adlerman

Abby Adlerman is the current CEO of Boardspan. Abby has held various leadership positions at different companies throughout their career. Abby was previously the Managing Director/Head of Private Equity, Asia Pacific at Russell Reynolds Associates. There, they were in charge of defining and leading business development initiatives across nine offices in five countries. Abby tripled business results in less than 18 months.

Adlerman was also previously the Managing Director at Perseus Group (now GCA Savvian). There, they were in charge of developing the upstart investment banking firm’s e-commerce and digital media strategy. Abby set business development goals, led BD initiatives, and personally advised numerous board and C-suite clients in financings and M&A activity.

Prior to that, Adlerman was the Chief Executive Officer of Next Monet/Visualize. During their time there, they successfully turned around a struggling software company, Next Monet, and rebranded it as Visualize. Abby grew the company from 15 employees to over 200 and increased revenues from $3 million to $12 million.

Abby Adlerman has a MPPM (MBA) from Yale University School of Management and a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College.
