Maarten Klijnsma

Maarten Klijnsma has a diverse work experience. Maarten started their career as an Outbound Sales Representative at CrossOver consultancy in 2017. In 2020, they co-founded MT Products Online. Later, in 2021, they co-founded Green Glass, a social entrepreneurship upcycling project. Maarten also worked as a Consultant at STAR Erasmus Consulting, helping companies with market entry strategies. In 2021, they interned as a Digital Consultant at Riverflex, working on a digital transformation and initiative to improve the intern development plan. Maarten Klijnsma then worked as a Consultant Customer & Strategy at PwC for a year, followed by joining Boats Group as an Account Manager in 2023.

Maarten Klijnsma completed their high school diploma in Economics and Business at CSG Comenius Marienburg in 2017. Maarten then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Business at the University of Groningen from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, Maarten also participated in an exchange program at Sun Yat-sen University. Maarten received their Master's degree in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2021. Maarten also obtained a certification in Corporate Strategy from Coursera in September 2020 and achieved a grade of 7.5 on the IELTS exam administered by the British Council.
