Debbyn Milligan

Debbyn Milligan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Debbyn is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at the Bobby Dodd Institute since January 2024. Before that, they served as the Head of Operations at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from November 2021 to January 2024.

Prior to their role at Keller Williams, Debbyn held the position of Regional Vice President at Walgreens starting from April 2017 until November 2021. Debbyn'sresponsibilities included strategic, financial, tactical, and people leadership in over 500 retail, specialty, and health system drug and pharmacy locations.

Before joining Walgreens, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Reflexis Systems, Inc. from July 2014 to March 2017. During this time, they built a comprehensive strategy to assess and enter new business verticals like banking and healthcare.

From June 2013 to 2014, Debbyn served as the President at DM Consulting. Debbyn also held various field and operations positions of increasing responsibility at The Home Depot from 1988 to 2008. Notably, they worked as the Vice President Store Operations, where they reengineered all operational aspects of the US stores and implemented a new field organization.

Throughout their career, Debbyn has shown strong leadership and achieved significant results, including exceeding revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, and successfully integrating acquisitions.

Debbyn Milligan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Regis University in 2007. In 2005, they attended the Accelerated Leadership Program at Emory University - Goizueta Business School. In 2012, Debbyn pursued an Executive Financials program at Emory University. In 2023, they obtained a Certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from Cornell University.
