Patrick Jorcin has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Operating Partner at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen since February 2017. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Operating Director at PDQ Restaurants from February 2014 to February 2017 and also served as a Manager there. Earlier in Patrick's career, management was undertaken at Carrabba's Italian Grill from July 2002 to January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida (1999-2001) and an Associate's degree from Florida International University (1997-1999).
