Ana Filipa De Oliveira has extensive experience in customer support and team leadership, currently serving as Head of Customer Support for Bolt Business since July 2019, with responsibility for key markets including the UK, Ireland, Germany, and the Nordics. Ana has led teams of over 40 individuals, successfully managed relationships with multiple outsourcing partners, and achieved a balance between cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include CS Senior Team Leader and CS Team Leader at Bolt, Team Manager for an Airbnb campaign at Sitel, and various customer service positions in other organizations. Ana holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário and has pursued additional training in clinical interviewing and public communication.
