Janeen Samuelian

Janeen Samuelian is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Sales Administrative Assistant at IMA Los Angeles since October 2022. Janeen has also been a Substitute Teacher for Monrovia Unified School District since January 2019. Previously, Janeen worked as a Community Day Site Coordinator and Community Day Instructor with California Virtual Academies from August 2012 to April 2015. From June 2009 to August 2012, Janeen held the role of Family Service Coordinator at Options-A Child Care and Human Services Agency, where responsibilities included supervising staff, implementing family support services, and ensuring program compliance. Between November 2006 and November 2008, Janeen was an English Teacher in the Peace Corps, teaching ESL and organizing community initiatives in Lesotho. Janeen began their career as a 4th Grade Teacher at Highland Oaks Elementary School from September 2004 to June 2006. Janeen holds a Master of Arts from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the same institution.
