Laura Yecies has a long and successful career in the tech industry. Laura began their career in 2013 as the Chief Executive Officer of Catch.com, a leader in collaborative mobile note-taking. Under their leadership, the company achieved a profitable exit by selling to Apple. In 2014, they became the Cofounder and CEO of Context Engines. In 2016, they joined Mobilize Networks as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where they helped the founding CEO develop product strategy, create and execute on initial sales and marketing plans, and recruit the US team. Laura also built a full marketing program and led strategic M&A activities. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of SyncThink, Inc., where they drove strategy, product expansion and commercialization. Laura closed major contracts with leading health systems and professional and college sports teams. In 2019, they became a Strategy, Marketing and Business Development Consultant at Akili Interactive. In 2020, they joined DigitalDx Ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence, Bone Health Technologies as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, and Fabric Genomics as a Strategic Advisor. In 2021, they joined The ExCo Group (formerly Merryck & Co. Americas) as an Executive Mentor.
Laura Yecies has a varied educational background. Laura holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Stanford Genetics & Genomics Certificate Program from Stanford University, an MSFS in International Trade and Diplomacy from Georgetown University, and an AB in Government from Dartmouth College.
