Matthias Mende has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matthias is currently the Visionary Founder of Bonuz, a web3 platform focused on social engagement and community building. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO's Advisor at Dubai Blockchain Center, a center that brings together blockchain thought leaders and stakeholders. Additionally, Matthias worked as an Advisor and Investor at HYGH AG, a startup in the outdoor advertising industry.

Matthias was also involved with Unit Ventures as a Core Team Visionary and was the Founder of MEMMOS FZCO, a consulting marketing services business specializing in consumer and strategic research. Matthias founded Digital Wallet Recovery, a service that helps recover lost digital wallets and cryptocurrencies.

Furthermore, Matthias served as an Advising Co-Founder at Icetech, an organization dedicated to solving global water challenges. Matthias Mende completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in International Marketing at HBFW Bernkastel Kues from 2003 to 2005. Matthias further pursued their education at Harvard University, where they obtained a degree in Entrepreneurship from 2005 to 2007.
