Director Customer Success at Book4Time

Krista Foulis has been in the customer success and client success industry since 2018, when they began working as the Customer Success Director for Book4Time Inc. Krista then moved on to become the Client Success Manager for the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Park Hyatt Toronto from 2004 to 2018, where they held the role of Spa Director.

Krista Foulis has studied Sociology at Brock University and Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Niagara College.
