Rafael Jesus Hernández Vasquez is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Boom Entertainment since April 2021, Rafael manages a team of engineers while focusing on mentorship and productivity enhancements. Previously, Rafael held key positions such as Tech Lead Software Engineer at ELEV^TE and Senior Software Engineer at Enphase Energy and Teclib', where contributions included mobile application development and leading open-source product initiatives. As the founder of s42, Rafael successfully developed applications for top companies in Latin America, including MEDCOM, and co-founded Soluciones en Mano, delivering web application solutions for Venezuela's petroleum sector. Additionally, Rafael has served as a professor at UCAB, specializing in advanced digital marketing and mobile development strategies, and has a solid educational background with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua.
