Natalia Puzyna has had a varied work experience. From 2014 to 2022, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2014, Natalia was a Business Assistant at Kangdeli Import and Export Trade Company. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Part-time Translator at Importex, a Proofreading & Prooflistening Specialist at 匡大讯飞股份有限公司, and an Overseas Games Operations (Russian market) at 心动网络 X.D. Network (XD.com). Since 2020, they have been a Customer Relations Manager at Boost Surfing, responsible for live chat support, customer support on social media, customer E-mail support, Shopify e-commerce platform management, CRM management, product search on the 1688, Alibaba platform, and market analysis. Natalia is currently an International Sales Manager at PoliLam.

Natalia Puzyna completed their Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language & International Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019. Prior to that, they were a Language Student at Fudan University from 2013 to 2015, studying Chinese language. Natalia also holds a Degree in Music from Primorsky Regional College of Arts, which they obtained from 2001 to 2013. Natalia has also obtained certifications from Google, including The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (July 2021) and Google Display Ads Certification (2021). Additionally, Natalia holds a Chinese language Proficiency test HSK 6 from Hanban Confucius Institute, which they obtained in February 2019.
