Sinisa Matic

Sinisa Matic is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Advisor for Middle East and Asia at Borealis since 2017, Sinisa has played a pivotal role in the governance and growth of the Borouge joint venture and has managed the investment portfolio in collaboration with various stakeholders. Previous experience includes positions at McKinsey & Company, where Sinisa led significant feasibility studies and project turnaround initiatives, and at Davis Langdon (AECOM), where project management of high-profile developments was a focus. Sinisa's educational background includes an MBA from IMD, an MSc in Construction Management, and a BSc MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Zagreb.
