Joseph Tobing

Joseph Tobing has extensive work experience in the legal and contracts field. Joseph has held various positions in reputable companies such as Borr Drilling, where they served as Head legal, Contracts & Compliance. Prior to that, they worked at JA Oil & Gas Consulting DMCC as the Managing Director and Lead Consultant. Joseph also worked at Transocean as the Legal Director for Africa Middle East & Australasia and Division Compliance Leader. Additionally, they worked at Hess Corporation as a Senior Legal Counsel and at Santos (Sampang) Pty. Ltd as a Senior Lawyer in Indonesia. Joseph began their career as an Assistant Legal Counsel at Unocal and later worked as an Associate at Dewi Soeharto & Partners Law Firm. Joseph Tobing holds an LL.M degree from CEPMLP, University of Dundee and has previous experience as the Group Legal Officer at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk.

Joseph Tobing completed their education as follows:

- From 2001 to 2003, they obtained an LL.M degree in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University of Dundee.

- From 1991 to 1996, they earned a S1 (BA) degree in Law from the University of Indonesia.

- From 1988 to 1991, they received a High School Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from SMAN 68 Salemba Jakarta.
