Hengshu Zhu

Hengshu Zhu has several years of work experience, including roles such as Head of Career Science Lab (CSL) at BOSS直聘, Adjunct Professor at 香港科技大学, and Guest Professor at 中国科学院计算机网络信息中心. They also held various positions at Baidu, including Deputy General Manager of HR Information & Intelligent System, Head of Baidu Talent Intelligence Center (TIC), Principal Architect & Scientist, Technical Advisor at Baidu Research-Business Intelligence Lab (BIL), and Senior Data Scientist at Baidu Research-Big Data Lab (BDL). Additionally, they worked as a Research Intern at Nokia.

Hengshu Zhu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China, which was completed between 2009 and 2014. In 2012 and 2013, Zhu also had the opportunity to work as a Visiting Scholar at Rutgers University - Newark, focusing on Business School. Prior to pursuing a PhD, Zhu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China, completing it between 2005 and 2009.
