Sherif Mansour

Sherif Mansour has a diverse work experience. Sherif started in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative for the kfc franchise at Americana Restaurants. Sherif then worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Etisalat UAE Account and later as a Customer Service Representative for the Alex Bank Account at Raya Contact Center. In 2016, they joined Vezeeta.com as a Billing and Collection Specialist. After that, they worked at Beyond Solution LLC as an Account Manager from August 2017 to October 2018. From November 2018 to January 2021, they served as an Account Manager at Smart Medical Services. Currently, they are working as a Client Customer Support at Bosta, where they handle customers' concerns, addresses issues, and analyzes customer escalations reports.

Sherif Mansour attended Al Ebrahimia Secondary School from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on literary studies. Sherif then pursued higher education at Cairo University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Law.
