Joshua Police

Joshua Police has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joshua began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek in 2003 and remained in that role until 2005. Joshua then joined Sun Life Financial, where they served as a Sales Team Leader from 2005 to 2007 before being promoted to Regional Vice President until 2008. In 2008, Joshua joined Boston Mutual Life Insurance and progressed through various roles, including Group Territory Manager from 2008 to 2009, Director of Sales from 2010 to 2015, Regional Vice President of Sales from 2015 to 2020, Vice President Market Strategies from 2020 to 2022, and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Distribution and Business Development.

Joshua Police attended Bowdoin College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Joshua then pursued further education at Northeastern University from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance, General.
