Kostiantyn Bondar

Kostiantyn Bondar is a highly experienced marine professional specializing in marine engineering and predictive maintenance. Currently serving as a Technical Expert, Predictive Maintenance Engineer, and Data Analyst at BOURBON since June 2023, Kostiantyn plays a key role in the deployment of predictive maintenance solutions for the company's Smart Fleet. Previously, Kostiantyn held the position of Chief Engineer at Solstad Offshore ASA from February 2018 to November 2023, overseeing large PSV operations in the North Sea. Kostiantyn's extensive experience also includes various chief engineer roles at BOURBON and Specialized Vessel Services, along with assistant engineer positions at multiple companies. Kostiantyn is a graduate of the Odessa National Marine Academy, holding a Master's degree, and has a background in managing complex marine operations, including diesel-electric propulsion systems and dynamic positioning.
