Jeffrey San Agustin Jr began their work experience in 2016 as a Research Intern at the University of La Verne, where they focused on studying the practice of hoop-dancing among Native Americans for community healing. In 2019, they interned as a StoryBooth intern at StoryCorps Chicago, gaining experience in collecting and organizing interviews, as well as participating in public outreach and partnership development. Jeffrey then worked as a Youth Development Specialist at Boys and Girls Club of America, where they planned and supervised programs for students in grades 3 to 6. In 2020, they became a Project Manager at Boys & Girls Club, leading a team in delivering a federally funded grant program. Jeffrey streamlined processes, created coding systems, and managed a large dataset. From 2021 to 2023, they were a Unit Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside. Currently, they are serving as the Manager of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Jeffrey San Agustin Jr completed their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at California State University-San Bernardino from 2005 to 2007. Jeffrey then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts in Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach, completing the program from 2017 to 2020.
